Pros

As a founder, I was looking for a single platform that could handle our field sales operations without stitching together multiple tools. SimplyDepo delivered exactly that. The mobile app is clean and intuitive. My reps picked it up with almost no training, which was a huge win for us. The QuickBooks integration has been a game-changer for us — orders flow straight into our accounting without any manual entry, which has cut down on errors and saved our back office hours every week. What I appreciate most is that everything lives under one roof: orders, customer data, visit scheduling, and route optimization. No more jumping between apps or losing information in the gaps.

Cons

Honestly, it's hard to find major drawbacks. I'd love to see even more third-party integrations over time, but the team is clearly shipping updates regularly, so I'm confident that's coming.

I don’t really have much to say but the leaning curve with constant updates definitely takes tone to get used to.

I’ve been using Simplydepo for retail execution and it’s been a game changer for my day-to-day work. Everything is clearly built for real field work. My team also started using it and we’re excited to keep growing our hair care line with this tool.

Pros

Super easy to track what’s happening in store. I love the ability to take photos of shelves and products, it makes reporting so much easier and keeps everything organized. Inventory and order tracking is also very simple, and having everything in one place saves me a lot of time and energy.

Cons

Honestly haven’t run into any major issues so far. Maybe a few small things here and there, but nothing that affects daily use.

Some important features for us were missing in the beginning, but their development team added and improved some of them at our request.

The quality of the platform in general leaves a considerable impression. It doesn't let your team drown in routine and process chaos. Huge functionality in every aspect. Onboarding was easy and clear since their customer service guides you in every step.

Cons

Small bugs here and there but they fix them quickly.

Overall, they are hungry and an animal to help support small businesses. They understand the struggle, as the \[sensitive content hidden\] also launched his own brand. That's why I identified and gave them a try, and it's been a blessing.

Pros

I was able to give them a list of customers and products, and was up and running the next day. Training was easy, because the mobile app is pretty simple; so we spent a little time setting up our routes, and my sales team was off and running.

Cons

I guess, it's not a replacement for my current ERP; but honestly while I want to find a better option then Sage or SAP, I really don't have the time. So I'll just suffer, but SimplyDepo just gave me some sugar to make the medicine go down.

Reason for choosing SimplyDepo

I tried to build my own ERP, but it wasn't for me. I just didn't have the right team, and time. SimplyDepo is a great addon to any distributor or brand that needs to organize their sales and customers.

Simply Depo helps me keep track of all the stores and orders that my company makes, which can get overwhelming quickly. Before Simply Depot I was trying to do so through spreadsheets which took much more time and caused confusions. When we hire additional sales support, it is easy to integrate new sales people by delegating ownership of locations with contact names and previous notes available to them.

Pros

Simply Depot allows me to track all of my company's sales activity, from store locations and contact names to order management. It also helps you schedule the quickest routes for sales visits with integrations to Google Maps and iMaps.

Cons

I don't have any cons for SimplyDepo, though I think it would be nice if the admin view could see the notes posted by sales reps for each location.

It’s very simple to use and a solid feature set. We have only been using mobile and web app for few month and see huge results in our sales.

Cons

Missing faire integration also it would be nice to have fishbowl integration
