Un nom de solution forte en sens car cette solution nous permet, nous libéraux de gagner du temps pour prendre soin et protéger nos patients, tout comme les créateurs d’iTiaki prennent soins de nous professionnels et nous protège quelque part. Laissez-moi vois raconter mon histoire. ITiaki est une solution que j’ai découvert en 2022 mais qui ne répondais pas à l’intégralité de mon cahier des charges. Je suivais leur évolution et aujourd’hui en 2024 c’est une toute autre histoire ; et quelle belle histoire ! Je viens de basculer sur cette nouvelle solution tout en un, truffées d’options et de personnalisation à l’extrême. Cette solution est parfaite ; tout en un de la prise rendez-vous à la facturation (automatique si paiement en ligne) en passant par la gestion de patientèle suivi de dossiers, gestion de questionnaires adressés aux patients qui s’intègrent directement dans le dossier patient, la possibilité de créer des modèles de courrier, documents, etc... De plus, il faut le signaler, car c’est fondamental aujourd’hui, la qualité du support et de l’assistance est sensationnel. Un support à l’écoute de ses clients praticiens libéraux, réactif, à l ‘écoute des demandes d’évolutions qui se font rapidement qua faisable. Personnellement j’ai retourné dans tous les sens leur solution pendant 2 mois (avec des tests comme rare je pense le font étant geek et très axé numérique-informatique full web) avant de me décider de faire le grand saut. Ils ont immédiatement corrigé les « bugs » ou autre défauts mineur que j’avais trouvé. Aujourd’hui, et sans y être payé pour, je suis très heureux d’avoir fait la bascule sur iTiaki et de faire la promotion d’iTiaki que je recommande sans hésiter et plus que vivement. Car pour une fois que nous avons une société française, basé en France (Montpellier) qui héberge toutes ses données sur des serveurs français certifiés Hébergeur de Données de Santé (HDS) avec un chiffrement des informations sensibles pour une sécurité renforcée, je dis cocorico ! Enfin lors du passage sur iTiaki, ils m’ont assisté avec une qualité de support hors pair avec reprise des données au maximum de ce qu’ils ont pu, rien à redire, super (et gratuitement toute la migration de mes anciennes solution vers iTiaki). Dernier point, cette solution coûte 29 euros par mois, alors il ne faut pas s’en priver. Merci à toute l’équipe d’iTiaki et longue vie à eux et à notre collaboration. Malgré sa réticence à l'usage de l'informatique, il a très rapidement adopté iTiaki et ne peut plus s'en passer ! La gestion de l'agenda est très intuitive et les clients peuvent très facilement réserver leurs rendez-vous en ligne. Finalement, le travail de gestion des dossiers et simplifié et plus rapide ! Cons Pas d'inconvénient à ce jour. Le service support est réactif.
