Pros Mir gefällt dass es ein deutsches Unternehmen ist. Die Oberfläche ist gut aufgeräumt. Abfragen erscheinen schnell auf dem Bildschirm. Das Support Team ist super. Cons \- Es können keine eigenen Assets erstellt werden. Bei einem eigenen Asset-Typ muss man immer alle vorgegebenen Felder mitnehmen und dann durch Customizing anpassen. - Es können keine Standarddrucker verwendet werden. Hier muss man um ordentliche Druckergebnisse von Label zu erhalten auf ein fürchterlich teures, Eigensystem der Enteksystems GmbH zurück greifen. - Die Filterbedienung ist extrem umständlich und muss immer wieder von neuem eingestellt werden. Das sollte bereits als Verbeserung bereitgestellt werden - hat man wohl vergessen. - Das Produkt wird meines Erachtens nicht in Zusammenarbeit mit Anwendern entwickelt. - Im Großen und Ganzen fehlt an anwenderorientiertem Ablauf. Unser Drucksystem ist bewusst plattform- und treiberunabhängig, wartungsfrei und sorgt für konstant hohe Etikettenqualität. Die einmaligen Hardware-Kosten von unter 449 € inkl. Etiketten sind bewusst fair gehalten und relativieren sich zudem, da ein Gerät von mehreren Personen genutzt werden kann. Filter inkl. Custom-Fields lassen sich als Favoriten speichern, weitere Optimierungen folgen mit jedem Release. Besonders die Arbeit im Team verläuft Problemlos und es eignet sich top für Asset-Management! Pros Der Kundensupport antwortet in wenigen Minuten und hat immer Hilfe bereit, Das Produkt leistet mehr als es brauch und kann vielseitig angewendet werden, die Konnektivität zu dem Drucker und Scanner sind perfekt und haben in knapp 2 Jahren keine Probleme und die Asset-Erstellung verläuft auch ohne Probleme, Übersichtlich ist das Programm so oder so.
