CloudVillage is a modular cloud management platform designed specifically for campsites and holiday villages. The tools with which it is equipped make it an indispensable suite for the management of customer relationships through built-in CRM, Business intelligence and sending newsletters platform. Noi cercavamo un gestionale funzionale e pratico e con Cloudvillage abbiamo trovato quello che fa al caso nostro. Quello che più ci soddisfa è la facilità d'uso e la possibilità di poter personalizzare il gestionale in base alle nostre esigenze. Il sistema di prenotazione è completo ed efficace.

Cons

Al momento non abbiamo riscontrato particolari cose da segnalare. Usiamo Cloudvillage solo da qualche mese e per ora ci risulta efficiente. La prova ufficiale sarà l'alta stagione in cui la mole di lavoro aumenta ma per ora davvero non possiamo lamentarci.

Implementazione di alcune richieste spesso macchinosa e certi problemi non risolti.Mancanza di assistenza H24 che ritengo indispensabile con un gestionale totalmente in cloud.
