We were at an "innovation ceiling" with our old software and weren't keeping up with the needs of our organization. Using iCampPro has created a ton of margin for our organization while giving us a platform that far exceeds anything we were able to produce (or maintain) when writing our own custom software. Pros Well-built platform that covers all of our core functionality in the areas of registration, staff hiring and camp medical. The admin interface is very easy to use and the customer portal is well-designed and highly customizable. The software is also supported by a great team of people who really care about their customers' needs. Cons Looking forward to additional modules such as Donation Management. We still don't know all the features iCampPro has but we still like it better than previous software Pros Its a lot easier to navigate than most software sites I've used in the past. Cons Our biggest issues were with not understanding all the aspects of the software being provided. We got a late start on switching to iCampPro so its no fault of iCampPro, but we plan to learn more about the things that fell through the cracks when we did an accelerated training to get us up and going before summer. Switched from [UltraCamp](https://www.capterra.com/p/79171/UltraCamp/) Too hard to navigate. Spent way too much time trying to find information. Setting up reports, forms, registration, etc. was always a long drawn out process. Alternatives considered [CampWise](https://www.capterra.com/p/79178/CampWise/) [CampSite](https://www.capterra.com/p/131210/CampSite/) Reasons for choosing iCampPro pricing was biggest reason at the start. Ultimately went with iCampPro because of ease of navigating through site.
