Really happy, has definitely made my life easier. Can post payments much quicker and am looking forward to designing more reports.

Pros

Super helpful with Xero; both getting data out of it and importing data in. Its saving lots of time and frustrations

Cons

Haven't found any yet, really pleased with all of the features. The date format between US/UK did cause me problems to begin with, but think that was user error.

G-Accon is very user friendly with published guidance for almost all of the functions they have available.

Pros

The ability to create efficiencies through the daily refresh of our reports and automatically sharing this report with the relevant stakeholders.

Cons

Would be nice if there was a package where I paid per entity to ensure I get the most of it. I don't want to pay for 25 entities if I only have 7.

A vast improvement and great time saving reporting tool when compare with only using Xero reporting/data export and Google Sheets data option.

Pros

G-Accon connected easily with Xero and Google Workspace/Sheets and navigation and options within Google Sheets were easy to find and use. Automated updated reports was a great tool that can save time for certain regular reporting tasks.

Cons

With financial management reporting it is easy to always need more options/features than available but the Accon team do regular roll out updates and improving the already time saving product.

Reasons for choosing G-Accon

The product was quick to install, access, learn and start benefitting from the product and the pricing is very reasonable when considering the time saving each month.

Pros

As great as the reports are in G-Accon, and the flexibility around what you can build with the connection, I love the almost live feed you get with your data. We use this to create live reports that we can share with customers, create BACS files for payment runs and so much more. We've always had a great experience with support, quick and helpful responses.

Cons

Some of the features/information we would like to see in G-Accon are not available on the API from Xero, but this is an issue with Xero not G-Accon.

Pros

It is great that we can set up a report in Google Sheets which we can build dashboards from. Then it is a matter of refreshing the reports rather than having to export the data from Xero. This takes a step out of the process.

Cons

It can take quite awhile to refresh reports.

Overall very positive, once the spread sheep has been set up, the monthly consolidation process is very steamlined.

Pros

Consolation of accounts across 6-7 companies has been made very simple.

Cons

Lack of user interface beyond Google dropdown menus. More difficult to use initially, and to learn.
