Pros Me gusta cómo luce, que se pueda personalizar, es amigable tanto para el usuario como para el administrador. Además se pueden descargar diferentes reportes (administrador). Es fácil de usar para el usuario. Se ve moderna. Tiene una buena vista desde celular, se adecúa a la pantalla, se puede acceder desde cualquier dispositivo. Cons Que no tiene carga masiva de encuesta y de modelo de competencias, me gustaría que lo implementen para optimizar tiempo.
