"Amazing RCM tool to speed up collections of balances owed"

Overall: Excellent experience. The team is responsive, and the software just works!

Pros: ease of use, and exceptional response from our clients to SMS/emails for payments. Payments are coming in much faster after we started using Dash Billing

Cons: no real complaints, would be nice to have a few more reports available- which they are working on adding

"Simplicity at its finest...."

Overall: I literally use Dash daily. I love that it is an easy system to teach to our patients.

Pros: I love the simplicity.

Cons: The only issue I have run into is transferring files from one billing platform into the Dash account. However, it is usually a quick fix with the amazing tech team!

"Elevating Payment Experience"

Overall: Very well! They are amazing to work.

Pros: The support team is amazing! They respond as fast as possible every time I send an email.

Cons: I would like to add a email link for clients to set up a payment plan.

"DASH really helped our company!"

Overall: DASH and all of the people there have been great and very responsive if we have questions or issues. The platform is easy to use, integrates with other software, and conforms to your business needs.

Pros: Ease of use, customer service has been great!

Cons: Report pulling, but I know that it in the works!

"Dash Billing - Debt Collection"

Overall: Great team to work with. They listen to what you need and work to get it in place.

Pros: The ability to send texts and e-mails and the web portal payment function.

Cons: Would be nice to be able to make notes and place due dates on those notes so you can follow up. With this feature all of the collections functions would be captured in this one wonderful program.

Reasons for Choosing Dash Billing: DAKCS was more than we needed and it was reflected in the price.We did not have internal resources at the time to build a collections system for us. We also, would not have gotten the texting and e-mailing communication features like DASH Billing has.

"Quality Payment Portal Experience"

Pros: I like that Dash Billing is constantly working on new upgrades and features as well as takes feedback on what to implement next for ease of consumer access.

Cons: I have not run into anything I have been personally dissatisfied with.

"Feedback for Dash"

Overall: Great. We anticipate building a good workmanship with Dash and hope we can continue adding on features to increase revenue.

Pros: Working with [sensitive content hidden] . Quick access and quick replies.

Cons: Twice per month invoice billing however that was changed to once in January so no issues there.

"Dashbilling Is User Friendly and Great for Consumers"

Pros: Dashbilling has been super easy to use on the Administrative side and is very user friendly for Consumers as well. Moving to Dashbilling has enabled consumers to pay their balances much faster and has made my ability to process payments much easier, and I feel like I work more efficiently!

Cons: I cannot think of any cons at this time.
