Cons almost too many tools in the setting area, but we're learning. We did have some glitches transferring our messages from our previous platform, but I don't think that was a Whippy issue. I especially appreciate her thoughtful suggestions on new tools and features we hadn’t previously taken advantage of — tools that I can already see will be a huge asset to our business moving forward. You can individually text someone as well as import spreadsheets to text multiple individuals at a time. You can add trigger words for automatic responses. Pros I like that you can send campaigns and schedule when you would like them sent. You can view the responded and un responded numbers and export onto a spreadsheet. You can also attach multiple numbers to use for the office and select the number you are currently trying to use as the outgoing number.
