Exceeded my expectations. The Website, App and Extension are quality products. they have advanced products for all the heavy tech users and they have dumbed down versions for people who just want to keep things simple.

Pros

It's a user friendly platform, with excellent customer service backing the product. They listen to their customers.

Cons

Everything I would ask to be improved, has been approved already over the time we've used it. The only glitch I could see is that occasionally the app will logout and if I am at home, it's tough to get the password from my work computer. It's rare and nitpicky, but it's the one Con i can think of.

My overall experience with Whippy has been excellent and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an all in one communication platform.

Pros

Whippy is an intuitive product that streamlines the communication process with employees and candidates. The value that you get from Whippy is well worth cost when compared to competitors. The platform is easy and user-friendly for setting up outreach to individuals or mass messaging.

Cons

I do not have any areas where Whippy has underperformed over the past 3 years. When an issue arises the Whippy Help desk is extremely quick at identifying and resolving it.

I tested close to 15 platforms for our organization. The team at Whippy since day 1 has been so great about working with us to figure out how to solve our biggest pain points -- they've been able to do just that. We're more efficient than we've ever been.

Pros

This platform is by far the best tool I've used for communications. Absolutely love the campaign feature as well as sequences. Everything is easy to use and we always see great results.

Cons

Absolutely nothing. This platform is capable of so much -- I love that Whippy is constantly evolving and adding new features.

Pros

They respond so quickly and are ALWAYS happy to help with any issue that we might have. They resolve the issue and give me great feedback for what things I could change to make things better for us.

We have used a few different texting services in the past 10 years. Whippy has been #1 in customer service and help. We love the service they offer!

In conclusion I am very pleased with Whippy and its features and their very quick response to questions or issues.

Pros

I am a fairly new user of this Whippy program but the more I learn about it the better I like it. I find it very helpful in communicating with our associates. I also like the fact that Whippy gives us the ability to reach multitudes of people with one campaign.

Cons

What I found rather confusing was the pricing structure and what activities actually created charges. In learning more in this area we are better prepared to create campaigns that are more cost effective

It's a little costly but overall a good program. No direct phone number to call for help but there is a chat feature and someone gets back to you within minutes. Response time is excellent.

Great! We are still learning new ways to use it to our fullest advantage and learning about new features and how it better aids in what our specific needs are in our office.

Pros

It connects to the software we are currently using which makes communicating with clients, customers and associates easy.

Cons

Some of the features are not user friendly. For example when you send out mass texts the system deletes all the first names of everyone the message was sent to and you have to manually re-enter everyone's names individually. We have contacted the help line multiple times and this seems to still be an issue.

Cons

My biggest hesitation with Whippy is the one-year contractual requirement. That said - we wanted to give it a test drive. The onboarding support has been great!

We've been using Whippy for years and through that time we've seen tremendous growth within the company and within their product offerings. The platform just keeps getting better without reducing the amount of support offered.

Pros

Truly incredible customer support! In the age of Ai chatbots, it's not all that common to have such a helpful team to not only onboard, but support through any question/problem. They're incredibly responsive and very helpful.

Cons

The only downside is the occasional international number we aren't able to text back. Other than that, we love it!

Pros

Customer Service is very important to us. I do not want to wait days to get help. I also want to speak with the person who can help - not just have someone take a message and pass my request on to the person who can help. I understand transitions can be difficult and there will always be glitches, but the way your team has supported us is top-notch! Thank you so much for not blowing off our requests but rather addressing them in the moment!

As the Admin, I would like a little more control over the details - like assigning templates to specific users.

Whippy is so helpful for the work I do, and Ariana is so helpful all the time! She is down to help whenever for whatever reason, and explains stuff so it makes sense!

Cons

Sometimes I will lose messages, or the extension will act weird on my microsoft edge. But it always seems to work itself out!

Pros

There is so many things but overall, I like the ease of which our team can send and receive text messages and how easy it is for us to connect with our candidates. Whippy has great features and some of the ones I like are: translation, assigning an admin, automations and more!

First, we appreciate the dedication and support of the co-founders, and second, their comprehensive API documentation that provided everything our software development team needed to integrate with Whippy quickly.

Pros

I like how responsive and agile Whippy is. As a startup, we appreciate teams who can help us get the ball rolling quickly. We moved away from Twilio due to delays with our 10DLC compliance verification. The team at Whippy cares about the clients no matter how big they are, and we were able to fast-track this. Whippy's API was very easy to integrate with for our internal development team. We integrated Whippy with our SaaS platform to notify employees about assignments, and getting this setup and ready to test took only a day or two.

Cons

The only con I can think of for Whippy is that they are not as well known as other SMS providers in this space, and it was hard to find them!

With Whippy our business is able to have multiple lines, accessible in one place. We can mass text, and we can personalize mass texts. They also have some great automation solutions. We have doubled our google reviews using whippy's automation. I could go on.

Pros

The engineers that work with whippy are accessible, they listen to feedback. They are also there when there is a problem, and they get it fixed. I've tried alot of texting platforms and the big thing lacking is innovation, and customer services. Whippy has both.

Cons

I haven't had any issues with whippy that are worth mentioning.

Pros

The product is wonderful, the Whippy team is even better. They are a true business partner and add value by taking the time to ask us what challenges we face and how they can help. They are extremely pro-active. They have created solutions to challenges that were not even in their area of expertise and then implemented them quickly with zero negative outcomes. Would highly recommend them as they are a business partner, not just a vendor.

We have had an extremely positive experience with Whippy. The entire team is extremely responsive and has exceeded of our expectations.

Pros

Whippy has been a game-changer in our organization. We initially chose to move to Whippy because of the features that allow us to have many team members easily using the platform together. However, because of the innovation and close communication with the Whippy team, we have been able to automate and optimize many essential functions and communication points with our associates and job seekers. Every day we find a different way to use the platform to solve a pain point or provide better results for an existing process.

Cons

I see no cons to using Whippy. Any minor inconveniences we have experienced have been immediately addressed and resolved.
