Overall i would say that Whippy has enhanced our business.

Pros

Whippy is user friendly. The features that Whippy offers such as scheduling messages makes reaching out to people easy. Having access to the app allows for reaching people after hours convenient.

Cons

Since adding Whippy to our company data base, i don't think there is anything that i would change about Whippy.

Reason for choosing Whippy

Approved vendor company wide.

notifications get sent multiple times. slight annoyance but not terrible.

9.9/10By far the best system I have used. Definitely helps me organize and manage communication better

Pros

The quick import and ability to pace and manage campaigns. Especially the automated message and profile creation of someone applying via pando saves me so much time every morningTech Support is also great with quick responses and fixes

Cons

when I am getting multiple responses or have a window open for longer periods of time. I do notice lag

Whippy is user friendly, it is easy to use and straight forward. Whippy breaks the basic steps down for campaigns and helps recruiters reach a large audience.

I think Whippy is a great program to use for businesses. You can individually text someone as well as import spreadsheets to text multiple individuals at a time. You can add trigger words for automatic responses.

Pros

I like that you can send campaigns and schedule when you would like them sent. You can view the responded and un responded numbers and export onto a spreadsheet. You can also attach multiple numbers to use for the office and select the number you are currently trying to use as the outgoing number.

Cons

So far I have no complaints about the Whippy app.

I have been very happy. I usually connect with their team once a month to see what else I can be doing and learn new tricks.

Pros

It is very easy to use- in most cases it is intuitive. We need to schedule many reminder texts and updates to our employees. The interface of Whippy makes that very easy.

Cons

I cannot think of something I like least, sometimes the sequences can be more complicated or the extension can be finicky.

We love this is app because its fast!!!!

Cons

If you accidently click a message you didnt mean to, it will unread it. I wish there was icon where we can click it to unread. Maybe you want the message to be unread so you can go back and answered them.

Pros

I like that there are easy useable templates. I also like that campaigns are so easy to edit and use. I also really like the translation feature.

Cons

I find it a little annoying that as soon as someone I have been chatting with texts me the system sends me a text and doesn't give me a chance to check on my own. I may need to check my settings to adjust this. I also don't like that the system tells me when someone is waiting for a response when sometimes I don't need to respond.
