Pros

Ease of us and data after campaign sends.

Cons

Nothing is difficult to use. I wish we didn't have to monitor credits used and just had an open number but other than that, everything is pretty easy.

Whippy works closely with you to make sure the system does what you need it to.

Cons

Whippy is rolling out new features fairly quickly. I sometimes might miss a communication about it and therefore miss out on using the new feature!

Pros

We literally are saving a headcount on our team because of the automation features in Whippy. It's fast, responsive, easy to use, and lightning fast support and upgrades - never seen anything like it.

Cons

They're still a relatively new company so upgraded features like a Chrome Extension, etc. will come in the future.

like the templates and ease of use. and its light on the browser

Pros

easy to use. fast as well. it also has a flow to its philosphy of use

Cons

search function barely works. easier to 'search' by creating a new profile and spotting a duplicate than using the search function
