I liked the support, it's very good and responds quickly. Pros Running a mid-size manufacturing operation, we needed something more robust than QuickBooks but couldn't justify NetSuite's cost. Implemented Deskera about 9 months ago and it's been exactly what we needed. The integration between modules is seamless - inventory updates automatically trigger accounting entries and reorder points. The real-time dashboard gives me visibility into cash flow, inventory levels, and production schedules without running separate reports. Cons there are a few functionalities that they could implement to make it easier to send proposals, and there are not enough material online to help you navigate through the platform - like Youtube videos. It was a good learning. Pros In Deskera, all the ERP models like Finance, CRM, HR, Material Management, Sales and Distribution can be found under one roof. All the modules are well integrated with each other. It cost is very less than other ERP software available in the market. Its support is also good and responds quickly. Cons Very less study materials user group are available. Therefore if we are stuck in any issue the very less study material are available to resolved the issue. Pros Bought 2 licenses to manage 2 businesses, and the LTD deal was attractive. I was switching from QuickBooks, which was pretty expensive for a small business. Cons They removed the payroll tax withholding feature with no notice and their support took 3 weeks to respond that this would now be an additional charge to use. They said to contact them if I wanted a quote to add this feature back into my account, and they said it would be 2-3 weeks before they could provide the proposal. The API documentation is incomplete and I can't get a copy and paste answer to my support query for months. It's absolutely frustrating. Stay away from this terrible product. Reasons for choosing Deskera ERP They had a lifetime deal. Too bad the company is a scam and doesn't work. The support doesn't exist. Nobody answers even if you follow up daily.
