The price is very affordable compared to other ERP softwares available in the market. I liked the support, it's very good and responds quickly.

Pros

Running a mid-size manufacturing operation, we needed something more robust than QuickBooks but couldn't justify NetSuite's cost. Implemented Deskera about 9 months ago and it's been exactly what we needed. The integration between modules is seamless - inventory updates automatically trigger accounting entries and reorder points. The real-time dashboard gives me visibility into cash flow, inventory levels, and production schedules without running separate reports.

Cons

there are a few functionalities that they could implement to make it easier to send proposals, and there are not enough material online to help you navigate through the platform - like Youtube videos.

We have successfully completed one Go Live for one of the projects on Deskera. It was a good learning.

Pros

In Deskera, all the ERP models like Finance, CRM, HR, Material Management, Sales and Distribution can be found under one roof. All the modules are well integrated with each other. It cost is very less than other ERP software available in the market. Its support is also good and responds quickly.

Cons

Very less study materials user group are available. Therefore if we are stuck in any issue the very less study material are available to resolved the issue. We have to solve our issue on our own. Very less help we get from google or YouTube.

Very bad experience and I regret why I bought this. My 2-3 hrs. daily go waste because of it. Excel is even better.

Pros

I didn't liked anything and could say that it is worse than the other cheap softwares available in the market

Cons

There is no after sales service. Training part is just an eye wash where the trainer themselves don't know what to tell and teach

Regretting taking Deskera CRM, very high commitments on times of sales from \[sensitive content hidden\] and then you have to struggle in initial months to understand.When you will share the problem another guy named \[sensitive content hidden\] comes into picture Initially projected that he is helping but after wasting my time finally it was just he was trying to sell another third party software They are just selling but very poor support system 😂😂😂😂😂😂

Absolutely horrible.

Pros

Bought 2 licenses to manage 2 businesses, and the LTD deal was attractive. I was switching from QuickBooks, which was pretty expensive for a small business.

Cons

They removed the payroll tax withholding feature with no notice and their support took 3 weeks to respond that this would now be an additional charge to use. They said to contact them if I wanted a quote to add this feature back into my account, and they said it would be 2-3 weeks before they could provide the proposal.

Awful. Deskera's support is non existent. I literally follow up daily and they've cost me so much money. I hate this company.

Pros

Nothing, it doesn't work and their support team is a joke. I've never had a worse experience than Deskera's support team.

Cons

Everything. Deskera doesn't have a support team. The product is full of bugs. The API documentation is incomplete and I can't get a copy and paste answer to my support query for months. It's absolutely frustrating. Stay away from this terrible product.

Reasons for choosing Deskera ERP

They had a lifetime deal. Too bad the company is a scam and doesn't work. The support doesn't exist. Nobody answers even if you follow up daily. I've never seen a support team so bad.

There is nothing that anyone likes most in your software , because the after service of the company is so pathetic , there is no one to solve our queries since 3 months

Cons

Our queries have remained unsolved as the concern executives themselves has zero knowledge of the product , so on what basic they are going to understand and solve our queries , after talking to them over phone call and sharing any desk they leave us more miserable for our quires , this is not the thing which we have paid for .
