It was a good learning. **Pros:** In Deskera, all the ERP models like Finance, CRM, HR, Material Management, Sales and Distribution can be found under one roof. All the modules are well integrated with each other. It cost is very less than other ERP software available in the market. Its support is also good and responds quickly. **Cons:** Very less study materials user group are available. Therefore if we are stuck in any issue the very less study material are available to resolved the issue. We have to solve our issue on our own. Very less help we get from google or YouTube. Deskera's support is non existent. I literally follow up daily and they've cost me so much money. I hate this company. **Pros:** Nothing, it doesn't work and their support team is a joke. I've never had a worse experience than Deskera's support team. **Cons:** Everything. Deskera doesn't have a support team. The product is full of bugs. The API documentation is incomplete and I can't get a copy and paste answer to my support query for months. It's absolutely frustrating. Stay away from this terrible product. **Reasons for Choosing Deskera ERP:** They had a lifetime deal. Too bad the company is a scam and doesn't work. The support doesn't exist. Nobody answers even if you follow up daily. I've never seen a support team so bad.
