Pros I like that the software encompasses many facets of doing business, including accounting (books), inventory (books), sales (CRM) and HR (People). I can do away with multiple softwares and its a huge cost savings. It is easy to setup and use and mobile friendly. It is really a good addon for company who do not have a website. However, this is not their core product as they are more meant for Accounting, Sales and CRM. it will be better if they can provide a contact form or Custom Opt-in Form in the website builder that link to their CRM instead of just having a newsletter opt-in form. " December 7, 2020 5.0 I'm still in the early stages but so far I'm happy with the ease of use to move my data over from QuickBooks and to get things functioning in the accounting portion of Deskera. Things are proceeding well and I'm happy about that. I'm sure I'll run into a few limitations but I have that with Quickbooks so it's not a deal-breaker. Further, I expect (and hope) Deskera will only improve upon their software in years to come. Pros I like the price point and the robust features it offers. The program is intuitive to use (for accounting software) I like the integration of email, sales CRM, and HR/employee tools Cons It's never fun to switch accounting software for me but I'm doing it so is this really a con? :) One of my banks does not connect with this software (but I'm hopeful it will one day). Would like to see more integrations with other 3rd party sofware. Pros Very easy to set up and intuitive. The company is relatively new compared to more established ones, but it is amazing what it has done in its short time here. Im pretty confident Deskera will become a major player in the near future. The UI is very user friendly and I can create entries quickly. No crashes, and its quick. Love it! Cons It is still young so it is not as feature rich as say a Quickbooks or a Gusto, but it is progressing well and has many features rolling out soon. Pros There is nothing that anyone likes most in your software , because the after service of the company is so pathetic , there is no one to solve our queries since 3 months Cons Our queries have remained unsolved as the concern executives themselves has zero knowledge of the product , so on what basic they are going to understand and solve our queries , after talking to them over phone call and sharing any desk they leave us more miserable for our quires , this is not the thing which we have paid for . It was the leading accounting software of the times. Now comes Deskera and makes Xero look like old school. The charts and layout is more colourful. It's also pretty easy to learn but I've been using accounting software for so many years now. This is a great deal! Bought 6 stack! Just love it, great thing is that you know this just keep on improving! Many accounting software has been on here but I don't trust any of them except for Deskera because it's a pretty big company. Pros I have been searching high and low for a tool where I can manage accounting, payroll, customer relationships and other important areas of my business. So far, Deskera has been all that and more. I'm ready to say goodbye to QuickBooks and a few other tools I'm using, because Deskera is the best platform for my company's needs. If you using other accounting apps, go ahead try Deskera, this could be your accounting solution at much affordable price. If you have question, do not hesitate contact their support, they are very helpful. Cons \- sometimes it's buggy, but if you contact the support team, they will fix it. - Lack of detailed documentation, but thankfully they have speed support teams. - Web app not as beautiful as the mobile apps. I don't say the web app GUI is ugly, not at all, but if you try their mobile app, you will know what I mean.
