Pros What I like most about Deskera is the fact that I don't need to use multiple software to get the result I achieve by simply using Deskera. It makes so much sense learning one software and its ins and outs than multiple software. It helps save time in the end. Cons Some of the features that will streamline processes (syncing contacts between two parts of the software) are not live yet, so inputting data is a bit more tedious at this point than I'd like. I have been using Xero for a while and I wanted to move away, but I felt pretty disappointed with the other options in the market. Accounting can always be a pain, so I needed something similar and easy to be used. Deskera came in the right time. So far it is really good and I am looking forward to their roadmap features. For me it is of high importance that Deskera will now be successfully optimized for the requirements in Europe (GDPR, Date notation) and that there will be some more translations (for example German). Pros I am able to manage our business at ONE place either on the PC or via the smartphone. Deskera is incredibly powerful and comprehensive. Cons Need more integration options with third-party apps. Quickbooks for accounting, HubSpot for CRM). Although I like those tools, I always wanted to find a Quickbooks alternative with a CRM option that is easy to use. I've been using CRM and accounting features on dayly basis and I am happy with my choice. Cons I wish there was a short video for each section to better understand each tab. So far we've engaged customer support and they have been very helpful in assisting us in migrating the books. Our experience has been so far so good, we tend to stick to software for a longer period if the customer support is good. Cons So far we have not found anything that we dislike yet, perhaps maybe further down the road. This is a powerful all-in-one and i may not need all the advanced feature that it offers but it is always good to know that i am covered for all my future accounting requirements as well. I absolutely love the custom template feature. Being able to design and use custom invoices is a very unique feature that isn't found in other software. It also has a fantastic selection of financial reports that I didn't expect. You can really tell that they put in a lot of time making sure they covered all of the key features a business would need. Cons Although there are tons of great features, many of the features are less refined than other software choices. Practical user experience functionalities, such as being able to reorganize the order of custom fields, are missing making the ease of setup a bit challenging at times. But now it seems everything is at 1 place and that makes life very easy. Pros I worked on the Sales package of Deskera. I saved so much time in Lead tracking and that helps me keep track of the potential leads that I need to followup. It has very easy to understand features for Sales Package as it comes with Email Outreach and tracking. Cons The product is still under development so there are a few ups and downs.
