Though currently am only using the Sales module, I got the all-in-one bundle as I believe the other 2 modules (Books & People) will be as good. Within the Sales Module, you can create: 1) Pipeline 2) Contacts 3) Campaigns 4) Marketing There are options to segment your clients, create or use existing email templates and create forms And the best part is all these (especially the status) is shown in one single graphical page i.e. Dashboard Not only the cost is low but Deskera is a well known company also. The products are very suitable for small businesses. Cons Well I need some time to understand the whole system and how it works, but yet to explorer all. And secondly, hopefully in near future, we can see integration for the functionality that the Sales module (and other modules) is lacking like email verification and scheduler. Pros Deskera is one of the best programs I have used for my business. It is the best for professionals seeking to simplify and synchronize business processes from a single platform. Not only does the web application have good user experience and excellent design, but it also has one of the most impressive mobile applications I have ever used, and it is available to practically anyone at practically any time. It is gorgeous. And it really helps with admin work as it is usually quite annoying to do. The software really helps with many aspects of your business and is key to manage the core of your business. I like their HR features which were easy to use and UX/UI is good. Cons There are some bugs here and there but I believe it will be solved over time. The customer service is excellent and they respond very fast. So i do not see how they will not be able to solve these technical issues eventually. As it stands now, Deskera Books has more than enough features for you to run your business. Pros Deskera Books is amazing on mobile from a UI/UX perspective. It's desktop UI/UX is also modern. I really like how easy it is to create professional looking invoices using their invoice generator. They can not be reached, and will not return phone calls or emails. Pros it was relatively inexpensive, but really a waste of money since it did not work. We needed it to keep track of mfg machines and production. Cons Does not work for what we needed it to do. we were promised it would take information from our mfg machines and work with our production, which it did not do at all.
