Deskera is still being developed and it has a promising future. Pros It's practically an all-in-one solution especially for ecommerce / dropshipping type of business models. I don't need to go to another software for CRM and HR, it's all taken care of in one platform. Cons It's not intuitive at first try. I had to feel my way around it and my main bank isn't integrated. One it is beacuase its many functionalities, second because it is user friendly and pages load fast, thrird because development team is very attentive and listening. They have received +100 M in founding. So it looks promising. I plan to integrate my shopify store (or use their own ecommerce platform to have a clear view of data as Cost of Good Sold, real profit, best customers, etc). And easisy integrate accounting and CRM also for marketing purposes. Cons Some features are now being developed. November 15, 2020 4.0 Pros I was looking for an accounting software for my business, and came upon Deskera. It is an all in one solution that has a customer relationship management, accounting, and human resource modules. If I had known about Deskera before, it would have saved me a lot of money with the CRM feature alone. The accounting module is a fully featured accounting and it's still being developed and new features are coming! Both CRM and Books bring a lot of value to my business! I think they will be a contender in the accounting mobile app space. Pros This software is having a lot of functions that makes it a great app. The app is like an ERP in a pocket. You can manage clients books from the same app where you manage your own accounts. A lot of things can be accomplished just from the mobile app and that is really outstanding. Cons When you get into using the app, then you realise that some of the function is actually very basic. One example is the chart of account that can be created. Pros the price is what attracted us.. the promises made were what continued our interest, but we never received what was promised Cons it was not able to sync or interact with our manufacturing data, to give us our machine cycling times in order for us to see the costs of individual units produced. December 10, 2020 5.0 This solution allows me to have everything all in one place. There is also an in-built integration with Woocommerce so I can connect my online store, which I love. Other software get you to pay extra for a third-party app. Pros Very impressed with the onboarding and the amount of features. Very comprehensive and easy to use. Looking forward to more geographical country accounting integrations. Also, make sure to join their FB group, they are very helpful and responsive as well and provide so much information and value! That's it . Pros The idea of having a software with unlimited license is good + the geotagging for customer service is also a good idea but we never had the chance to see it working Cons A lot of bugs in the software and extremely slow and tedious implementation which ended up in a complete failure until our entire organisation rejected to use the software .
