I think Responsr works really good. It has helped me to track down customers that are not that pleased with our service and helped us to change them to become a really good customer again. Without Responsr we would probably have lost these customers.

Pros

Ease of use is really good. I can manage the system all by myself. It's very intuitive and has many great functions. I recommend it to all my branch colleagues.

Cons

I would like to have a dark mode to switch to.

Pros

We were looking for a simple tool to be able to send out customer surveys to our customers. We received quick support and Responsr had what we were looking for. They also helped us to integrate into our CRM system and into Slack.

Cons

So far, we haven't had any disapointments.
