This includes BMS, fire and duress alarms, EMR, paging, RTLS and more. With Ikonix Connect, frontline personnel can communicate by text, voice, video, or shared media; hand over on-call rosters; and manage their own entry in your directory. IUMS is deployed to more than 40 hospitals, dispatching millions of messages every month. Ensure the right message get to the right place, at the right time.

A well thought through and easy to navigate software interface

Pros

Ability to send the same paging message to multiple pagers at the same time. Ease in creating pager diversions, and cancelling diversions is so simple. Whiteboard - great feature for being able to share information with different users

Cons

If you are not logged in, you cannot tell that your message has been sent
