It makes it easy to gather information (mostly what I use it for) from any recipient. It also feels secure and I have never experienced slowness or any glitches. Pros I must emphasise how much easier Flowsecure has made our company's workflow. It is now possible for us to gather information from our multiple varities of clients and vendors easily and with a spot on target. We send a request to a designated recipient, and can monitor when the information is uploaded and safely retrieved by us. I am surprised of how difficult it was to find such a product, and so happy I was able to locate Flowsecure. I really like how easy it was to get started, and how easy and secure it feels. I can't recommend this software enough. Cons I am missing a few add-ons to the system, such as more summarized reports in PDF and the (albeit seldom) necessity of having a signature placed on documents through the software, but overall these minor negative remarks are swallowed whole by the general satisfaction I have with the software. Manager Accounting Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Flowsecure experience" April 18, 2023 3.0 I rarely used this platform since it's new to me and it was just introduced lately. My experience was that the recipient did not open the document or didn't response. Pros The most impactful feature is that it's easy to send request data through available templates. I am sure there are more better features that Flowsecure can provide, but I am just a new user and doesn't really know how the system works and how to use it. I must say that this platform has made my daily work much more manageable, especially when handling contracts with tenants and sharing sensitive information with both tenants and banks.The user-friendly interface of Flowsecure makes it easy to upload and share documents securely with the intended parties. I particularly like the flexibility it offers, allowing me to customize access and permissions for different users.The platform has made communication with tenants and banks more efficient and streamlined. The response time from tenants has also improved since the documents are accessible at their convenience.Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the service that Flowsecure provides. It has made my job easier and I would definitely recommend it to other real estate professionals. Pros The interface of Flowsecure is very user-friendly and easy to use. It has helped me to manage, sort and share sensitive data with my collegues in a very clear and structural way. Cons Currently, Flowsecure is accessible through a web browser on desktop and mobile devices. However, it works best on desktop. Reason for choosing Flowsecure Overall, I chose Flowsecure over similar products because of its robust security features, user-friendly interface, customization options and customer support. I use it daily to transfer documents that may contain sensitive information. It also gives you the opportunity to design your own form in order to collect information and documents from your client. Usually the type of required data for the same task is the same. You can design the standard data collection form for diferent type of tasks. It saves much time, and the collecting process is in line with GDPR. It increases the quality of our work. By using Flowsecure as our data collection tool makes our accounting firm looks much more professional. Pros The function is perfectly designed for accounting firm to collect the required confidencial documents from our customer. Cons The function for digital signature can be improved.
