The report function is very useful and fast. The custom report that can issue immediately when we encounter with some situation.

Limited of storage. Take a time to setup report and template. Some function need to manual set up if specialize.

KANNA is easy to adapt to. It does not overwhelm you with endless functions that may need professionals to help set up.

Pros

KANNA's strengths are in its documentation functions. We are able to gather all our project documents in one place allowing for ease of access, and project collaboration amongst team members and the main office. KANNA also has a good support team that can help you with any problems you may encounter. Their software makes it easy for non-computer literate employees to adapt to, perfect for industries with an older workforce like construction services.

Cons

KANNA may lack certain features we'd hope to be implemented in the feature, like inventory management or HR functions. But in terms of what it is doing now, it does a pretty good job.

What I like most about KANNA is how it simplifies report creation, especially for field-based reports. KANNA provides built-in features that automatically organize written reports together with field photos, making the reporting process more efficient and well-structured. This significantly reduces the time and effort needed to prepare reports.

Cons

What I like least about KANNA is that the report layout is not always well structured. When adding photos, users often need to allocate a lot of space, which can make the report look less neat and less organized.

Despite claims of intuitive UI, any new system requires staff training and adoption time Success depends on getting field workers to consistently use the mobile app

There is a specific report that does not available in KANNA. For our industry, S-Curve reports are mandatory. This is the only feature not available in KANNA

Overall, our experience with KANNA has been very positive. In M&A advisory projects, where timelines, task ownership, and information sharing are critical, KANNA has served as a reliable tool to keep the team aligned. The platform feels practical and thoughtfully designed, focusing on usability rather than unnecessary complexity.

Pros

What we liked most about KANNA is its simplicity and clarity. The interface is intuitive, so even team members who are not tech-savvy were able to start using it quickly without much explanation. The fact that KANNA supports the Thai language has also been a big advantage, allowing our national staff to use the platform comfortably and consistently. In addition, the ability to visualize tasks and progress in one place has helped improve communication across the team, which has been especially valuable in our M&A advisory work where multiple deals with parallel workstreams need to be managed carefully.

Cons

Setting up project templates took a little time to get used to, especially when creating new or more complex workflows. However, the support team has been very responsive and helpful. Whenever we share our situation, they quickly guide us through the process and often propose the most suitable customization for our needs.

Totally OK, just need to improve some features to align and more convenient. Grants chart is easy to monitor.

easy to use. Price is value for money. Easy to invite external member to attend in the project. Kanna team support quite well.

can not see workload as PIC separate with member, not flexible to move sub project to other another project if need.
