With Skala, we now have a much more accurate and organized system that allows us to track our production data efficiently. Skala’s integration with Shopify also creates a seamless connection between our sales operations in the USA and our production in Turkey. Pros Skala is a very user friendly software, and the team is highly responsive and willing to adapt the platform to meet their customers’ specific needs. The Skala advisors are always helpful and proactive in finding solutions to any issues we encounter. They genuinely listen to feedback and take it seriously, which makes the overall experience of working with them very positive. Cons Sometimes, especially during peak hours, the system can be a little slower than usual. However, as far as I know, the team is already aware of this and actively working on improvements.
