Pros

It has been easy to use and tracks all of the things that I’ve needed it to for our infusion business.

Cons

It took a little bit of time to adjust and learn how to use. Which was challenging but easy to navigate because my FlexScan team was very responsive and step by step showing me how to use the system.

Excellent experience for 8 years running. Very nice and helpful people, excellent product at an excellent price. Very good value for money and I highly recommend FlexScanMD. If you need dispensary software this is the way to go.

Pros

How seamlessly it works. I've used it for years and love the product. It's fast, smooth, and does what it's supposed to do. Support is awesome too, on the rare instance you need them.

Cons

I have no complaints of significance. If you twist my arm to find something I'd say the user interface is a little bland. Maybe if it has some color instead of all grayscale that would be nice.

Overall a fair experience. Where the actual system is inefficient the tech support makes up for it to a degree. Tech support is knowledgeable and speedy when resolving issues. The system is good for inventory management but falls short and is flawed in the area of making retail charges.

Pros

some of the best customer service and tech support that provides actual accountability when things go wrong. They provide a point person for your account and short wait times when you need help. The reps are knowledgeable and very helpful. When teaching you there's easy access to set up video meetings and screen shares so it's easier to learn and show your issue.

Cons

The system has several glitches when integrating with EMR. Sometimes when these glitches happen the communication is poor. No notifications when there are system changes. Looking up customers is difficult because looking up by name has several glitches. When entering packages there are system constant errors which waste a lot of time and result in missed charges and payments being recorded.

I like how much you can tailor the program to our specific trait in business

Cons

The only thing I wasnt sure about was where my notes went when I wiould transfer inventoy maybe there could be a specific button to review all the notes? Maybe adding a invoice page where all orders are entered to print out? maybe there was one and I haven't seen it yet.

Pros

Once you learn the system, It is easy to use and is very helpful for our Medicine Inventory

Cons

Nothing really, the only issue I have is more with the Elation side of medicine name matching not with FlexScan

Integration with Elation and Hint and we needed Inventory management

Pros

The access to a representative that was extremely helpful and made every interaction seamless, detailed, and clear with no unanswered questions. \[sensitive content hidden\] was amazing when it came to us needing help.

Cons

The system is a little hard to navigate at first especially if you're not familiar with the FlexScan portal but after using for a few days, it was easier to navigate over time.

The customer support has been great. Our company utilizes FlexScan in a really unique way. It's been so nice to work with a team that is willing to be flexible and make FlexScan work for us and our processes.

Pros

I like that I can track where my products are and how many I have left. The customer support is also great. I can email the team about an issue I'm having and know that I will be a quick and helpful response. Your team has been really flexible with us and how we need to utilize your system, so we are very happy with the service.

Cons

Nothing - it has many capabilities and I'm excited to learn more about how it can impact our company for the better. After market research, FlexScan seems to be the only option out there for tracking inventory at this level.

It was great. It was exactly how I imagined what our office would need. I was a little bit nervous in the beginning because I had never had an inventory system, but \[sensitive content hidden\] did a lot of handholding. It walked us through the set up process very well.

Pros

It’s very flexible and versatile. I also love the way the labels print out with the logo. I liked also that we had a dedicated representative that walked us through step-by-step in the beginning.

Cons

Some of the terminology can be confusing. I didn’t know what a kit was in in order to dispense. I have to go to invoice. Things like that.

Overall good experience. I would choose flexscan again. Overall it does what we need it to. Only minor things that could have been improved

Good value for the product they’re providing. Ease of communication with our points of contact is excellent.

Cons

The onboarding process could have been smoother, and taken less time. Seemed cumbersome for what we were doing. Would be better also if we could load our ow drug into the database, without having to email each time something new needs added.

Pros

Genesis Aleman is a wonderful Implementation Specialist. She is helpful and informative. We go to her for questions and she is fast to get us answers and offers extended support. She has walked us through many trainings where she is clear and professional. As we are learning this new system for our team, she has been a gift. Thank you.

Cons

We are still learning the system, so it is just taking a little while.

It is a work in progress. I think it will be a good system once I get adjusted to the change from our old system.

Pros

I was completely lost in original training for inventory, but \[sensitive content hidden\] has take the time to teach and help me know how to problem solve before calling for support. Even when I make silly mistakes, she just explains how to fix it without any judgement of my error.I like that it gives us barcodes to make sure we are charting correctly.

Cons

Original training to onboard was done with just steps and no details about the whys and hows. It was not done by our inventory tech, but a general staff person who could not explain or answer questions. I actually put in all my inventory the hard way initially until I figured out I could talk to \[sensitive content hidden\] and she was able to explain the best options. Some peoples brains work better when they can see the process and do it as they go, instead of just seeing it being pretend to be used. A training that we can walk through with you would have benefited us all because our learning style. I also hate that only one person can have access to inventory without spending more money. That makes it hard when orders come in on the off days.

The interface with Athena is Key. The ability to work with the vendor and provide feed back for enhancements. Like the ability to create specific locations (shelf) for individual items is going to be tremendous. And the Flexscan extension that allows a single scan of Medications into Athena closes the loop since Athena allows single scan for Vaccines.

well it is schedule to be changed but currently the ability to only have one RX Norm

When ordering a medication in our electronic medical record system, there are a few too many steps before the label prints for the medication.

And Myles has been very helpful in assisting me in every way possible (called him like 10 times a day and he always answered) training me and some staff to understand the software until we were comfortable using it. He's been there since day 1 and we are very grateful and appreciate him as our representative.

It's very accurate and it makes it easier to manage the pharmacy inventory.

\[sensitive content hidden\] has been amazing to work with getting us off the ground. She is patient and willing to educate us on what we need to know about the system. She has answered ALL of my questions throughout this process and I appreciate her so much! I know I can rely on her for any issue or concern we may have to get it solved or at least get us an answer even if it is sometimes a no. She doesn't tiptoe around and waste our time.

Pros

the fact that it has cut our time in half or more to create invoices and get more orders completed which in turn helps generate more income for the company and saves our employees time to take care of other tasks.

Cons

The inability for it to easily create bundles with our inventory which can be tricky anyway.

They seemed to have all we needed for out specialized inventory
