Pros
The tool is reliable, and the support team is great. I highly recommend Papercloud for anyone who needs help with managing projects and working with others.
Navigation around the system is nice and easy, searching for information is nice and easy and the fact you can change the background colours to suit your mood is an added bonus.
Watermark have a great support team who are very responsive. Sensitive content hidden] in particular is very helpful.
Papercloud is easy to use and good has good functionality, does exactly what it says it should do.
Cons
The inability to not scan blank pages is time consuming.
Has a tendency to disconnect and can really struggle to get the connection back - quite often having to restart my PC, causing any docs that have been sent to Papercloud to disappear.
When it crashes and there’s an error box that appears after uploading multiple files and you have to go through it and upload all over again.
I dislike how everything requires saving and if you forgot and navigate out all your changes are lost.
"The easiest DMS I have found"
Overall: I have used it for over 15 years in one form or another. It is superb and I think unique.
Pros: No tagging. When you work with bespoke clients with lots of unique features 'tagging' is useless and it makes it impossible to find anything!
Cons: I would really like to see the ability to search by partner. Also, I feel vulnerable not being able to backup somewhere myself. It would be nice if the hot files could pick up from a sharepoint location (without mapping it on the

Overall: I would say our overall experience with Papercloud is satisfactory. Support is great but we do have some issues. Development of new features or fixes can be a little slow. It has some useful features but could be made much better with some additional features added.
Pros: Watermark have a great support team who are very responsive. [sensitive content hidden] in particular is very helpful.The system is easy to use and has some useful features.
Cons: There needs to be an option to hover over a document and see a preview of the document when it is saved as a word/excel/pdf etc thumbnail. When printing to watermark as images then extracting to PDF, the quality of the PDF is very poor and needs to be improved.I would like to see some way of being able to control what types of documents can be filed into a client file i.e. thumbnails only, not a mix of thumbnails and images.

Pros: Clear files and cabinets easy to find a document if your know the client but difficult if trying to search for one.
Cons: Find the search facility hard to use. The preview screen at the bottom is too small to read without opening the whole document and it takes an age to save things when you're wanting to move on to the next task and you're having to wait while it saves.

Cons: Often very slow to load and it would be better if multiple clients could be loaded at once without crashing.

Overall: Definitely a positive experience so far!
Pros: Navigation around the system is nice and easy, searching for information is nice and easy and the fact you can change the background colours to suit your mood is an added bonus! It gives it more of a personal touch.
Cons: The system can sometimes be a little bit slow, but I think this occurs more when there is something happening in the background. It's usually a quick fix and never anything major.
