It is sometimes clunky, but okay overall. Pros Ease of filing data. I think that an improvement to the way in which files can be saved from papercloud would make sense (i.e. if I wanted to extract data). Cons It is temperamental. Support is great but we do have some issues. Development of new features or fixes can be a little slow. It has some useful features but could be made much better with some additional features added. Pros Watermark have a great support team who are very responsive. \[sensitive content hidden\] in particular is very helpful.The system is easy to use and has some useful features. Cons There needs to be an option to hover over a document and see a preview of the document when it is saved as a word/excel/pdf etc thumbnail. When printing to watermark as images then extracting to PDF, the quality of the PDF is very poor and needs to be improved.I would like to see some way of being able to control what types of documents can be filed into a client file i.e. thumbnails only, not a mix of thumbnails and images. Pros Navigation around the system is nice and easy, searching for information is nice and easy and the fact you can change the background colours to suit your mood is an added bonus! It gives it more of a personal touch. Cons The system can sometimes be a little bit slow, but I think this occurs more when there is something happening in the background. It's usually a quick fix and never anything major. We think a few small changed could make it easier to use. It does often run slow. Pros Is has an easy to navigate feel and is much like a paper file which suited our advisers. The interface is simple and straightforward, so it's easy to learn. It works well with other tools and services, which helps me get more done. Cons Sometimes Papercloud can be a bit slow when lots of people are using it. Some of the more advanced features cost extra, which might not suit everyone. Pros It is generally quick and easy to view documents. Cons The search facility could be improved. For example if I type a client's name 'Ward', it comes up with lots of words containing this. Also, it could do with a facility to print directly from a document, rather than export to PDF first. The search function is intuitive and easy to navigate. Also being able to print to Papercloud makes uploading documents really quick and easy. Cons The lack of ability to search for rows. You can search for individual boxes and client files but often I am searching for a document without full knowledge on what its saved title is. Trying to open files doesn't always work - tend to get a message saying that the process is taking too long, then the process quits and doesn't open the file. Using on a single screen but split on half the screen down not work - can't preview files. Have to save constantly - would be useful to have a prompt to save, rather than making further changes and then the previous amendments get dropped. Drag and drop function is slow and clunky. The speed of the system is very efficient, which is a massive plus on a day to day basis. The system is very easy to use meaning training isn't required. Cons My only real issue with Papercloud is that it is still fairly 'clunky,' connectivity occasionally drops with no way to save your files. Eventually this rectifies itself and I'd assume it's just an early teething problem. Cons Papercloud can sometimes be frustrating to use, particularly when dropping a file into the in-tray rather than printing an image to it. If a dropped file fails to upload, it will permanently fail no matter how may times you retry. The only solution is to drop it into a folder and then move it back out to where you need it. Cons I find that connect often disconnects and there is no notification of this. I myself am colour-blind and often don't realise that my connect icon has gone red, so a notification would be helpful.
