Ik werk reeds enkele jaren met Ziggu en het blijft mijn grootste houvast voor projectopvolging. Het geeft een duidelijke structuur en het is gemakkelijk om beslissingen op te volgen. Fouten worden in 99,99% van de gevallen gemaakt door communicatie. Met Ziggu kunnen er veel fouten voorkomen worden door een betere,duidelijkere communicatie met klanten en aannemers.

Pros

Ziggu is een gebruiksvriendelijk, overzichtelijk programma voor beheerder én gebruiker. Het draagt 100% bij tot de kwaliteit van de projectopvolging. Communicatie met klanten wordt gecentraliseerd en ze kunnen gemakkelijk op de hoogte gehouden worden van het verloop, waarvoor klanten heel dankbaar zijn.Ik kan niet meer zonder het gebruik van Ziggu.

Cons

Essentieel is een duidelijke, doordachte structuur aangepast aan de werking van het bedrijf. Dit is cruciaal bij het slagen van een goede projectopvolging. Er wordt geen modelstructuur of ondersteuning aangeboden in het begin.

Naar opvolging toe, een meerwaarde voor ons. Het overzicht is duidelijk, makkelijk alles terug te vinden, goedkeuringen die moeten gebeuren, meerprijzen die duidelijk zijn.

Pros

Makkelijke communicatie met kopers - leveranciers - aannemers. ( Alles snel terug te vinden)Duidelijk overzicht van reeds gemaakte keuzesAlle data per unit centraal op 1 plaats -> gemakkelijk om snel iets op te zoekenDuidelijk overzicht van meerprijzen - > alles moet door de klant goedgekeurd worden -> geen discussie nadien

Cons

Bij goedkeuring documenten is het overzicht wat de koper en de aannemers/leveranciers zien nog te complex. Ze zouden eigenlijk enkel de goedgekeurde plannen mogen zien en nu zien ze ook nog de niet goed gekeurde plannen.

Pros

Wij zijn een jaartje geleden overgeschakeld naar Ziggu en hebben ons dit nog niet beklaagd! De implementatie van ziggu verliep zeer vlot, gebruiksvriendelijkheid voor zowel gebruiker als klant ligt hoog. De vernieuwingen en updates worden duidelijk uitgelegd dmv webinars. onze klantentevredenheid is alleszins gestegen, de foutenmarge wordt kleiner.. iedereen tevreden!

Cons

interne gesprekken zijn nog moeilijk te voeren- bvb werfleider- bureau...

Ziggu is een heel erg handig platform waar zowel jij als aannemer de controle behoudt en in contact staat met alle partijen zonder overvolle mailbox. Je bent altijd met het hele klantendossier mee tijdens communicatie met die klant en moet niet gaan zoeken na een vage mail van een koper, wie de klant is, welke unit hij aangekocht heeft en welke plannen er vastgelegd werden. Dit is allemaal overzichtelijk gebundeld op een plaats. Klanten kunnen eenvoudig goedkeuren en zien vooruitgang. Ook het centraal versturen van een bericht met foto(s) naar een gedeelte of naar alle klanten, kan met enkele klikken. Super handig!

Pros

Het centraliseren van communicatie en informatie naar de klanten toe en voor jezelf. Een duidelijke plek waar alle informatie gebundeld wordt. Overzichtelijk voor aannemer, voor klant en alle partners.

Cons

Door een eerste gebruik merk je dat je zelf zaken anders had aangepakt als je het opvoorhand wist. Misschien bij de start iets meer sturing voor de opbouw van de beslissingen had hier gunstig geweest. Ook de documentenmap die een eigen leven gaat lijden door een teveel aan verzamelde documenten kan verwarrend zijn. Hier had meer structuur, standaard voorzien mogen worden.

Pros

Zeer gemakkelijk te gebruiken en overzichtelijk. Je kan er alles in terugvinden zoals gesprek geschiedenis met de klant, keuzes van de klanten, facturatie klanten ... Klanten kunnen er ook gemakkelijk mee werken. Bij vragen kan men terecht bij de hulpcentra diegene zeer reactief zijn.

Cons

Momenteel zijn we nog een oplossing aan het zoeken voor het linken van onze boekhouding, maar dit komt hoogstwaarschijnlijk wel in orde. Implementeren van beslissingen is handmatig 1 per 1 indien appartementen verschillen bvb qua afwerking, dit kan wel enige tijd in beslag nemen.
