Col passare del tempo, sono stato aggiornate le normative privacy dell'app, e di conseguenza dovevo procedere ad un invio dei miei documenti per confermare che si trattasse di me, e ancora oggi non ci sono ancora riuscito, la verifica mi continua a venir rifiutata, e il mio account è stato bloccato. L'assistenza, è praticamente inesistente, non mi ha aiutato praticamente mai, se non in maniera molto tardiva e approssimativa. Ora sto ancora cercando, in qualche modo, di andare a recuperare oi soldi che avevo depositato in app, e assolutamente sconsiglio vivamente a chiunque l'uso di questa piattaforma, ci sono app fatte molto meglio, più chiare nell'utilizzo e con una vera assistenza clienti.
