Pros

Workflows, Tasks und Fristen können in pinacos ganz einfach erstellt werden und es lassen sich auch Vorlagen für standardisierte Prozesse erstellen.

Cons

Zu Beginn war ich von den vielen Funktionen etwas überfordert, aber ich habe mich dann schnell an das System gewöhnt.

Pros

pinacos ist sehr zugänglich aufgebaut und hat alle Funktionen, die man braucht. Wir sind auf kein anderes Programm mehr angewiesen, auch unsere Webmeetings machen wir über pinacos. Das Programm ist ein Gesamtpaket für das digitale Büro und bietet alles von der Dokumentenspeicherung und Erstellung bis zur Kommunikation.

Cons

Man braucht eine gute Internetverbindung, da das Programm offline nicht funktioniert.

Ich kann mir die Arbeit ohne die Software gar nicht mehr vorstellen.

Pros

Seit wir pinacos nutzen, arbeiten wir komplett mit der elektronischen Akte. Trotzdem haben wir mit der Annotation-Funktion, Markierungen etc. die Möglichkeit, "wie auf Papier" weiterzuarbeiten. Mit der Chatfunktion können wir direkt zu einem Dokument bezogen chatten und Dokumente gleichzeitig bearbeiten. So ist die Arbeit wesentlich schneller und gleichzeitig einfacher geworden.

Cons

pinacos ist unglaublich umfangreich an Funktionen. Bis man alle Funktionen kennt und optimal davon profitieren kann, dauert es ein wenig. Das Programm ist aber sehr zugänglich aufgebaut und schon nach kurzer Zeit kann man damit mühelos arbeiten, auch wenn man nicht sehr "softwareaffin" ist.

Wir arbeiten seit pinacos komplett papierlos, müssen aber nicht auf die Vorteile der Papierakte verzichten. Wir können weiter Anmerkungen und Kommentare zu unseren Dokumenten machen und haben einen guten Überblick. Die Arbeit ist schneller und effizienter geworden, weil alle Dateien und Cases in Sekundenschnelle erreichbar sind, alles seinen Platz hat und jede\*r wirklich nur Zugriff auf das hat, was er/sie braucht.

Pros

Sämtliche Dateien und Dokumente lassen sich einfach in pinacos erstellen, importieren und exportieren. Die verschiedenen Cases oder Dokumente lassen sich hierarchisieren oder auf eine Ebene bringen und den Nutzern können unterschiedliche Funktionen bei den Cases zugeteilt werden: Der Case Owner hat beispielsweise andere Berechtigungen bei dem Case als der Case User. Auch können den Mitarbeitern auf verschiedene Cases unterschiedliche Zugriffe gewährt werden. So stellen wir sicher, dass jede\*r Mitarbeiter\*in genau dort Zugriff hat und dort arbeitet, wo er/sie gebraucht wird.

Cons

Man muss sich immer auf ein neues System einstellen und das dauert immer eine gewisse Zeit. Bei pinacos ging das aber recht schnell und der Kundensupport stand uns immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite.

I would not change pinacos with any other system anymore. It is really easy to use and makes my work way more efficient. I benefit from the software almost everyday because I save a lot of time by working from home.

Pros

pinacos was easy to integrate in our daily processes. Since we use pinacos in our office I work from home almost every day. Thanks to the integrated communication tools I am still connected directly to my colleagues.

Cons

pinacos is constantly developed further. Sometimes it is a bit surprising to find new features without expecting them. But there is an E-Mail Newsletter that informs me of every new feature and I can always consider the customer support if I have a problem.
