We have had an excellent experience. The team training and conversion helped us hit the ground running.

Pros

Comprehensive program, easy to use and share information with patients, immediate engagement with every team member.

Cons

I used other systems for my 15 years in practice… I wish I had found this sooner!

Anything that was had an issue with or any suggestions that we made; they took into consideration and fixed what they could. They have been very easy to work with and easy to learn the system. A good learning curve and great help.

Pros

It’s easy to use. It had a great flow to it and I like that I can easily access it when I need to. I love the functionality of the system.

Cons

The hardest part for me was the clean up from the transfer of systems. It took a little bit of time to clean it up.

I’ve used 7-8 different practice management softwares in my career, and Envodent was by far the easiest to learn and implement. Can go from charting to billing in a few steps. My assistant picked it up easily even before any training.

Pros

It was easy to learn for me and new staff, and does everything I need in a software. Company is responsive when I have questions.

Cons

Minor things. Layout of treatment plan to show patients could be improved. Some functions/icons could be a little different, but that’s probably just personal preference.

Others were difficult to learn to use. Just from the demo, I could tell Envodent would be better for my needs and more intuitive.

The onboarding and conversion process went very smooth. The training was very intense but we were able to have the training on Friday and run with the software on Monday. The support team at Envodent was excellent through the entire process. We are very pleased with the software so far.

Pros

Easy to use and implement. Great conversion from Dentrix. Very fast and modern with a lot of features for the buck . Saves us time and money. Unique design.

Cons

Nothing so far. Waiting to see what the new features are going to be.
