Ich habe mich gut zurecht gefunden und bereits strategische Entscheidungen mit gutem Gewissen auf Grund verschiedener simulierter Szenarien treffen können.

Pros

Die Vorausschau auf zukünftige Entwicklungen bei sich verändernden Szenarien gefällt mir besonders gut.

Cons

Mir fehlt der automatische Export aus lexware INKLUSIVE der Kategorisierung. Zudem habe ich bei gleichzeitiger Anbindung von lexware und Bankkonto immer alle Transaktionen doppelt, sodass ich die Anbindung von Lexware wieder kappen musste

Selten habe ich eine so einfach zu bedienende Software gesehen, die gleichzeitig so hilfreich ist. In Echtzeit sehe ich Kosten, Budget- und Liquiditätsplanung und vieles mehr. Besonders beeindruckt mich, dass jedes Quartal neue Funktionen hinzukommen, die die WebApp konsequent weiter verbessern. Für mich ist Finban der Tod für jedes Excelsheet. Zahlen in Realtime, klar aufbereitet, bestens durchdacht und jeden Cent wert.

Pros

Endlich eine Software, die in Echtzeit alle wichtigen Finanzinformationen, die für die Steuerung eines Unternehmens notwendig sind, auf einen Blick transparent in Echtzeit darstellt. Einfach zu bedienen und jederzeit per Mausklick erreichbar.

Cons

Durch die Vielzahl an Funktionen braucht es anfangs einen Moment, bis man wirklich alle Möglichkeiten von finban entdeckt und optimal nutzt. Kritik gibt es nicht wirklich. Alles ist transparent. Eine Product Roadmap zeigt jederzeit, was bis wann entwickelt wird. Und eigene Vorschläge können ebenfalls transparent eingebracht werden.

Die Möglichkeit alle einnahmen und ausgaben automatisch kategorisieren zu können. Das macht das ganze total einfach und übersichtlich auf Dauer um sich einen Überblick zu verschaffen.

Cons

An sich ist alles super. Die Planung könnte man noch ein bisschen übersichtlicher machen. Die ist für mich persönlich am wichtigsten. Wenn man alle Zahlen auf einmal sieht, kann das immer ein wenig unübersichtlich wirken.

Ich habe es sehr schnell gelernt auch ohne Hilfe von außen, verschafft einen guten und schnellen Überblick. Die Roadmap ließt sich gut.

Pros

Recht simpel und schnell zu verstehen, guter Überblick. Viele hilfreiche Integrationen, welche einfach zu verwenden sind.

Cons

wenig flexibel was Kategorien betrifft, keine Möglichkeit für einen Terminkredit. Keine unterschiedlichen Kategorien bei unterschiedlichen Organisationen.

Insgesamt eine sehr solide Finanzsoftware, die sowohl für kleine Unternehmen als auch für Selbstständige gut geeignet ist. Die Bedienung ist einfach, und die wichtigsten Funktionen sind gut umgesetzt. Kleinere Verbesserungen in der Berichtserstellung könnten das Produkt noch besser machen.

Pros

Finban bietet eine intuitive Benutzeroberfläche und eine schnelle Verarbeitung von Transaktionen. Besonders gefällt mir die klare Struktur der Funktionen, die das Finanzmanagement erleichtert.

Cons

Gelegentlich treten kleinere Verzögerungen bei der Synchronisation mit Bankkonten auf. Außerdem könnten einige Berichte detaillierter gestaltet sein.

Das Tool ist übersichtlich und kann direkt ohne eine große Einführung genutzt werden. Der Support antwortet sehr schnell (<2h). Das macht Spaß

Einfach und schnell. Es gibt keinen Grund mehr selbst "los zu exceln".

Noch im Aufbau, daher jede Woche neue Updates. Aber super übersichtliche Roadmap auf der Website.

Am besten gefällt mir, dass die Ergebnisse sehr gut mit Farben und Charts dargestellt werden, sodass die Übersicht nicht verloren geht. Außerdem ist die Szenario-Funktion ist genau das, wonach wir auf der Suche waren.

Cons

Hier gibt es bisher noch nicht viel auszusetzen. Es gibt viele Funktionen, die ich erstmal kennenlernen muss.
