Utilizzo Zapix da diversi mesi per gestire le spedizioni del mio e-commerce e il bilancio complessivo è molto positivo. Il vantaggio principale è senza dubbio l'integrazione fluida con Shopify, che permette di generare decine di etichette in pochi secondi, eliminando errori manuali e risparmiando ore di lavoro. Tuttavia, non è tutto perfetto. Sebbene le tariffe siano competitive per chi ha volumi medi, l'assistenza clienti a volte agisce solo come intermediario, rendendo la risoluzione di problemi complessi con i corrieri un po' più lenta del previsto. Nel complesso, è uno strumento indispensabile per chi vuole scalare il proprio business senza impazzire tra mille dashboard diverse, a patto di accettare una minore autonomia nei rapporti diretti con i vettori

Pros

Importare gli ordini automaticamente. Generare le etichette di spedizione con un click. Aggiornare lo stato dell'ordine sullo store in tempo reale.

Cons

Affidare tutto il workflow a un unico software significa che, in caso di disservizi tecnici o manutenzioni della piattaforma, la tua operatività potrebbe rallentare. Se il sistema non importa gli ordini correttamente, devi intervenire manualmente, annullando il vantaggio dell'automazione

Pros

Zapix ha semplificato notevolmente la gestione delle nostre attività quotidiane. L’interfaccia è moderna, intuitiva e permette di lavorare in modo veloce senza dover affrontare una curva di apprendimento complessa. Abbiamo riscontrato un miglioramento concreto nell’organizzazione interna e nel monitoraggio delle attività. Il supporto clienti è stato sempre rapido e professionale.

Cons

Un aspetto migliorabile potrebbe essere l’ampliamento di alcune funzionalità avanzate e una maggiore integrazione con altri strumenti esterni.

Pros

Utilizzo Zapix CRM da alcuni anni per la gestione dei clienti e delle trattative e devo dire che mi ha semplificato parecchio il lavoro. L’interfaccia è intuitiva e dopo poco tempo si riesce a gestire contatti, offerte e attività senza difficoltà. Apprezzo molto la struttura modulare: posso attivare solo le funzioni che mi servono (vendite, gestione progetti, fatturazione) senza ritrovarmi con strumenti inutili. Anche il supporto è stato rapido quando ne ho avuto bisogno.

Cons

Tra gli svantaggi, secondo me, manca qualche automazione più avanzata rispetto a CRM più strutturati e le integrazioni con strumenti esterni potrebbero essere più immediate. Inoltre, un’app mobile dedicata sarebbe utile per lavorare ancora meglio in mobilità. Nel complesso però è una soluzione valida, soprattutto per PMI e professionisti che cercano un CRM completo ma non troppo complesso.
