L’interfaccia è intuitiva e dopo poco tempo si riesce a gestire contatti, offerte e attività senza difficoltà. Apprezzo molto la struttura modulare: posso attivare solo le funzioni che mi servono (vendite, gestione progetti, fatturazione) senza ritrovarmi con strumenti inutili. Anche il supporto è stato rapido quando ne ho avuto bisogno. Cons Tra gli svantaggi, secondo me, manca qualche automazione più avanzata rispetto a CRM più strutturati e le integrazioni con strumenti esterni potrebbero essere più immediate. Inoltre, un’app mobile dedicata sarebbe utile per lavorare ancora meglio in mobilità. Nel complesso però è una soluzione valida, soprattutto per PMI e professionisti che cercano un CRM completo ma non troppo complesso.
