Limited intergration microcasting does not intergrate directly with my website causing URL changes

Before Microcasting, we had to use 4 separate Saas tools. We now only use 1.

Pros

Microcasting has allowed us to target several markets at once and be both a direct-care platform for our clients, and their end-uses receiving. We are also starting to use Microcasting for thought leadership, and lead nurturing. This accomplishes our marketing and product goals.

Cons

We started with Microcasting two years ago, and this meant that we had to wait for severasl of the core functions to be developed. They have now.

I’m still in the beginning stages of my business journey, so I have yet to grow into their full platform, but I will eventually need to make use of their whole suite of features. I definitely feel like they care about me and success of my company, and are responsive to needs of entrepreneurs and educators like me.

Pros

First: Their support for their creators is amazing! They really care about the success of their customers, they listen, and they incorporate your feedback to keep making the platform better and better with regular monthly updates ! Second: the versatility of the learning platform is amazing! They are obviously used to creating custom learning plans for customers. I need a way to not only build a library of content and reuse that content, but to also create custom learning plans for different customers. One customer only needs access to the beginner level. Another needs access to the intermediate content, but also with access to the beginning content for new hires. A third is on a pay-as-you-go plan and should only have access to the modules that we have agreed upon. Microcasting does all this! You create your own library and then apply granular access control for each client. It’s a great idea!

Cons

It does not integrate directly into my website, so the URL noticeably changes when you move from my website to the content website. Also, if I update the design of my website, like colors and links, I also have to update the design of the content separately to match.

Because my website was built on the WIX Platform, it did not allow for the delivery of my educational courses in a way that would engage users. The Microcasting site solved this problem. It features a stellar e-learning platform with many different options for engaging learners and tracking their progress.

Pros

At the outset, I wasn't sure if the set-up would be easy for me, a non-tech-savvy person. However, with support and tutorials, it became an intuitive process.

Cons

I had assistance with integrating my website with the Microcast e-learning platform. My site is now seamlessly connected with the Microcasting e-learning site.
