Grata experiencia en términos generales, hemos trabajado muy bien con Duemint, la vinculación automática hace que el proceso sea mucho mas eficiente y nos ha ayudado a tener un orden mucho mas rápido, algo que se valora ya que el tiempo y el orden es esencial.

Pros

En términos generales funciona muy bien, en cuanto a la información que brindan y como se gestiona es realmente buena, esta todo muy ordenado y el uso es muy intuitivo, también los procesos automatizados son de bastante ayuda. Otro punto a destacar es la rápida atención y disposición del equipo de trabajo para resolver las situaciones donde hemos tenido dudas o problemas.

Cons

La plataforma funciona muy bien, si bien han mejorado los tiempos de carga aun pueden ser mejor en mi experiencia de usuario. Solo señalar que en la sección de facturas de un cliente en particular, al volver atrás vuelve a todas las facturas, y eso lo hace incomodo ya que hay que volver a buscar al cliente e ingresar para revisar la facturación.

Muy buena, siempre hay cosas por mejorar, pero la encuentro una herramienta muy útil que ha facilitado nuestra gestión de cobranza

Pros

Poder ver en un solo lugar de forma fácil la deuda de los clientes

Cons

Falta una vista de deuda acumulada por cliente que permita ordenar por monto total adeudado. Eso sería muy útil para mi empresa para priorizar los esfuerzos de cobranza

La experiencia generada ha sido muy positiva. Tanto la plataforma como su equipo de trabajo han demostrado un alto nivel de profesionalismo y siempre están dispuestos a ayudar. La cercanía y el trato del equipo de ventas fueron realmente agradables, y el proceso de onboarding fue excelente, con un enfoque en asegurarnos de aprovechar al máximo la plataforma. Además, cada vez que he contactado al equipo de customer success, han sido muy atentos, respondiendo rápidamente de manera amable y siempre enfocados en brindar soluciones.

Pros

Aquí tienes una versión mejorada: --- Lo que más ha gustado de \*\*Duemint\*\* es la \*\*visibilidad global\*\* que proporciona sobre el estado de las facturas. Nos permite identificar rápidamente cuáles son los \*\*mejores pagadores\*\* entre nuestros clientes, lo que a su vez nos ayuda a ofrecerles condiciones más favorables.
