The best parts of Axios HQ are the brevity scores that keep us on track and efficient; then the other win is the reporting to see open rate, click through rate, etc.

From day 1 I have had the pleasure of working with terrific Axios HQ personnel, who have been so supportive and encouraging.
Axios HQ support is responsive and extremely helpful with suggestions for improving delivery as well as consistent upgrades to improve the product.
Cons
Have a feature to resend to those who did not open the original email.
No real cons except that the footer doesn't show during the building feature.
I don't like that there are only two font options and the structure is a little rigid but i understand that is part of the process.
Hard to get multiple employees in to the directory and the platform itself without manually uploading.
"Makes it easy to stay close to the team and share our wins"
Pros: I use Axios for weekly and monthly team emails to our leaders. The card format makes it easy to write a well-structured email. The collaboration features have greatly benefited our monthly email, where we have 3-4 writers involved.
Cons: It would be great if you could manage the visibility of multiple newsletters a bit more easily. As this is adopted more within the company it has begun to be a bit harder to use.

Overall: We are producing more engaging content more efficiently. It has help us collaborate better as a team on email content development and storytelling. Our audiences have responded with higher open rates and engagement which proves we are helping them cut through the noise and to get to what matters. This AI tool is invaluable for continuous learning on how to write Smart Brevity better and better.
Pros: Your onboarding process and customer service were excellent and helped us get set up and trained on Smart Brevity quickly. The platform has increased our real time collaboration as a team when producing our email communications. Our open rates and engagement metrics have increased significantly.
Cons: Our designer would like more fonts to choose. Evolve the AI to help with the email campaign metric analysis. Have a feature to resend to those who did not open the original email. Otherwise, this is a very good platform! Congratulations.
"Niche tool good at what it does "
Overall: It's an ok tool for a very niche use. It is not broad enough to make it worth the cost.
Pros: Its deliverablilty and accessability are fantastic. It makes sending emails to my whole staff easy and convenient. Then, the analytics behind them is amazing!
Cons: The value is not quite there. Yes, it's a cool tool, but it's quite pricy for the novelty. Additionally, the user interface is not very intuitive. Once learned, it's ok to navigate, but the learning curve is quite steep.

Overall: I love that my contact at Axios actually listens to my feedback and personally shows me the new additions.
Pros: I love the whole writing style idea. The format is easy to adapt, while also keeping consistency. It has made our newsletter more user-friendly and easier for our audience to read!
Cons: There are only minor things.. mostly more personalization of newsletters. Being able to change colors/fonts/formats!

Pros: The flexibility and ease of preparing info blasts is the best. Axios HQ support is responsive and extremely helpful with suggestions for improving delivery as well as consistent upgrades to improve the product. I am truly impressed and grateful for continued support.
Cons: A bit pricy for a small company...but I do appreciate the value.
