Pros Ease of use for both clients and myself on the administrative side. Cons Lack of direct communication availability with ClassPass clients makes it difficult to provide them with the best customer service possible. As a Pilates studio owner I used ClassPass on two separate occasions, both before and after the pandemic and found the impacts of using the platform to be very detrimental to the business. Customer service is also terrible. There is no number to call when you are having an issue, only a form to fill out online with responses taking days or sometimes weeks. Pros The integration of classpass with our software system is its best feature, once setup we don't have to do anything other than sit back and watch clients fill spots in class and collect our revenue each month.
