Pros

Ist ganz simpel zu verstehen und gut um endlich mehr auszuprobieren. Man muss sich nicht mehr für eine Aktivität/Sportart entscheiden

Cons

Das man sich nicht selber einchecken kann (QR-Code) wie bei anderen Anbietern und der Preis könnten noch angepasst werden.

It has been a positive addition to our business model and we will continue to partner with ClassPass for now.

Pros

Ease of use for both clients and myself on the administrative side.

Cons

Lack of direct communication availability with ClassPass clients makes it difficult to provide them with the best customer service possible.

My overall experience with ClassPass was very poor. As a Pilates studio owner I used ClassPass on two separate occasions, both before and after the pandemic and found the impacts of using the platform to be very detrimental to the business. Customer service is also terrible. There is no number to call when you are having an issue, only a form to fill out online with responses taking days or sometimes weeks.

Pros

ClassPass can be good for filling empty spots in classes, but it comes at a cost

Cons

Lack of transparency with payouts and lack of control in regards to what spots are made available

The experience has been simple and very effective.

Pros

The integration of classpass with our software system is its best feature, once setup we don't have to do anything other than sit back and watch clients fill spots in class and collect our revenue each month.

Cons

The only negative is the lack of control over what classpass users are paying for our classes
