Their feedback so far has been positive. Cons Honestly, nothing that comes to mind from my side. One of my customers uploaded his KYC docs and didn't like the fact that he had to do it. He didn't realize it wasn't compulsory, so maybe clearly stating that would help my audience. Otherwise, the experience is awesome. I now save a lot of time on paperwork and generate a lot more bids on the platform in the interim. Pros The admin portal and watch list are by far my favourite features of Auctionapp.io. With these features you can manage users, auctions, registrations and to get auction reports as well as allow bidders to keep track of their favorite lots. Auctionapp.io made it really easy for me to manage my own auctions online. Their support is also of the highest quality. Cons I am very content with the service I have been provided with so far and cannot fault it.
