La experiencia, en general, es francamente buena, puedes despreocuparte de toda la parte técnica y tienes la tranquilidad de que la tienda funciona bien en todo momento. Es bastante intuitiva y fácil de administrar y si te surge cualquier cosa, el trato es atento y correcto y muy profesional, y siempre sientes confianza por esa buena disposición a ayudarte en lo que necesitas.

Pros

El servicio de soporte es excelente, te responden rápido y te asesoran perfectamente ante cualquier duda. La tienda tiene muy buen posicionamiento natural y es fácil trabajar los contenidos con los campos que tienen específicos para SEO. No se llevan comisiones por tus ventas, lo que permite a la empresa ser más competitiva en los precios.

Cons

En todos estos años no ha habido, en realidad, ningún contra a destacar. Y cuando ha surgido algún problema lo han solucionado de forma rápida y eficaz, y muy importante es el buen trato y que siempre te escuchan y están abiertos a sugerencias.

Desde el primer momento se involucran con el proyecto y la idea que tienes, aportando soluciones y haciendo un trabajo impecable. Y después de que el proyecto está terminado, ellos continúan ayudando y solucionando, no paran y no bajan el nivel. Se adapta ellos a ti y no al contrario.

Pros

Van adaptando sus sistema a los nuevos tiempos, no se quedan para atrás y tienen muy en cuenta las preferencias, necesidades y opiniones del cliente. Esa adaptabilidad no la encuentras en plataformas de software libre. Llevo cerca de 10 años con ellos y no recuerdo que haya caído la tienda online nunca y jamás ha sido Hackeada eso es un plus de seguridad muy a tener en cuenta.Te asesoran perfectamente en asuntos legales de la web y te brindan buenos consejos para que nunca tengas problemas legales. Son muy comprensivos y se nota mucho que están dispuestos a ayudarte a que tu negocio crezca, no se limitan a cobrar y dejarte estancado como suele pasar en otras empresas. Mucha calidad humana y profesionalidad.

Cons

El precio mensual es algo mas caro que otras plataformas, pero a cambio tienes un respaldo de 10. Si no te quieres complicar la vida apuesta por Atnova Shop.

Al día de hoy cumple con nuestras expectativas.Nos hubiera gustado haber integrado nuestra oferta de productos en Streaming en la tienda actual, pero por la dificultad de conversar no fue posible y elejimos otra alternativa. A veces el contacto telefónico es necesario.
