The overall experience was seamless. We have used CultureAlly quite a few times and each time I am impressed with the updated content, facilitators, and the access to other material even after the session.

Pros

I appreciate that CultureAlly always provides first-hand narrative to the topics being discussed. It makes such a difference when hearing first-hand experiences - whether its Pride, Neurodiversity, etc.

Cons

There was nothing to dislike. If I could add anything, it would be great to have opportunity for discussion moments within the presentation instead of saving Q&A for the end.

Great experience, from kick off meeting that was prompt and too the point walking me through all the options and hearing my needs. To creating a well crafted and engaging 1 hour training program led by a subject matter expert.

Pros

They took the hardwork out of organising and delivering traing to my team. They took care of everything for my company to run a lunch and learn session. All we needed to bring were the team and lunch.

Cons

No complaints. The team were concise and delivered exactly what i had hoped for. They did not reach out unnecessarily and the training session was smooth and easy to run.

I appreciated that the topics and concepts covered were highly relevant in our increasingly interconnected and globalized world. The concepts were presented in a clear, accessible, and engaging manner, making them easy to understand and apply.

Cons

There's nothing I would suggest for improvement, as the content was well-structured and insightful. However, due to my ongoing engagement in DEI activities across my current and previous organizations, I was already familiar with many of the topics covered.

Overall, incredibly positive. I enjoyed the trainings, and I got good feedback from the staff who attended.

Pros

The communication was quick and helpful, the scheduling process was easy, and the training content was well executed and relatable.

Cons

I cannot think of anything. Everything went really smoothly. As a nonprofit, I would have loved a lower cost, but honestly the pricing was fair and highly competitive.

I like the easy-to-digest video pace. Everything I learned was imperative for evaluating how one could impact at work. The office culture has changed since I graduated, and it is essential to understand how to communicate with colleagues and external stakeholders.

When it actually came to creating our custom workshop, they made sure that we were fully supported, had a walk through of the content and let us go through the slides beforehand too. All attendees raved about the custom workshop, the breakout rooms and the scenarios. They felt that the information was very valuable to the work that they were doing as well!

Pros

CultureAlly was amazing! Every person that I worked with was so knowledgeable. There are only pros when it came to CultureAlly! They are personable, detailed and dedicated to the work that they do!

Pros

I love the interactivity of the training we receive. Slido is a useful tool, and as we continue on with our Diversity Training sessions I see more feedback in engagement.

Cons

For the services we use with CultureAlly, I do not think we are lacking in anything.

Reasons for choosing CultureAlly

I chose CultureAlly because they had the most upfront information about their course content and services on their site. Compared to other services I perused, I felt confident that CultureAlly was not only capable and qualified in providing these services, but also willing to tailor those services to my organization's specific needs. They were always very upfront about pricing and have continued to be accessible throughout our working relationship.
