Pros

Managing social media leads used to be a mess, but Pepper Cloud made it simple. It consolidates leads from Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn into a single platform, streamlining the process of tracking conversations, assigning leads, and staying organized.

Cons

At first, it took me some time to get the hang of managing multiple social media platforms within the CRM, but once I did, it became really seamless.

My experience with Pepper Cloud is nice. They supports lots of must have features and also growing their tool based on customer needs. Excellent support.

Pros

Pepper Cloud offers hands full of premium features like its WhatsApp CRM. Also, it's workflow automation section is also mind-blowing. It's supports multiple channels to interact with customers and to offer excellent support. It also supports AI powered features.

Cons

Their email marketing feature set need to be improved. If Pepper Cloud offer more email templates that would be the best thing.
