PaceKB is a hosted Knowledge Base service that helps reduce average support time significantly. We do this by collating all of your most recently asked questions into a website where users can get instant detailed answers without needing to wait for a customer support representative to assist them. We can further implement this software by using keywords from your create support ticket page and automatically suggest articles based on the users search query.

For small size business it is a great software to start. The features are great to start with.

Pros

It offers API with additional customization according to customer demand. The dashboard is amazing. It contains all the features to tweak.

Cons

Drop and drag feature is slow. Live chat option should be more accessible.
