Our enterprise has choosen this tool over other similar assessment tools because of the focus it puts on Business Outcomes, prioritization of those outcomes and driving continuous improvement of our enterprise maturity toward those business outcomes. Pros The Path2Agility Framework and Framework Visualizations are exceptional within the P2A Nav tool. The tool makes it easy to identify and take action on items identified during the assessments. You can easily scale the tool to a large enterprise. It also has the ability to enable Single Sign On Security from our Enterprise Security Platform using Industry Best Practices. All of this makes it very easy to use, thus increasing the likely hood of success of our Continuous Imrovement activities across the Enterprise. Cons I do find that the org structure, although flexible and accomodating, could be enhanced to allow more than three layers (Org, System and Team) of organizational structure. A large enterprise has need of a nested hierarcy that could encompass 7-10 layers. The other area for improvement is with the Training for the tool. There is no in built structure to allow for Admins to train their team members on facilitation of assessments. Adding a training component would be beneficial.
