Pros What impressed me the most was the app's seamless integration with material suppliers. Project Vector provided a dedicated portal for suppliers, allowing them to update inventory levels, submit quotations, and manage deliveries. This streamlined the procurement process and reduced the risk of miscommunication or delays. Collaborating with suppliers has never been this efficient! Cons An area that could use some attention is the app's mobile version. While it was functional and allowed me to perform essential tasks on the go, there were occasional instances of lag or slow loading times, especially when dealing with larger files or complex project data. Pros Finding the document is easy in PVManager. Cons Uploading Documents is a little complicated because if you do not follow the order of the revisions, all the teams might receive more than 50 emails as confirmation which can be bothering.Also editing the account information in some part needs to be confirm by admin. Pros The interface is nice and simple and visually appealing. Cons It would be great if there was more flexibility with naming files / revisions when uploading multiple files at a time. It would also be useful if people from the same team could move / delete files rather than only the person who uploaded the file having this ability.An archive system would be very useful so that old files could be selected and moved to an archive folder automatically named with the upload date.
