No separate training is needed here. They have kept is very user friendly. Streamlines the whole operation in one platform. Pros It is a great tool, as it manages the complete data that needs to be stored for the kids, like day care activities, so that you can focus on the child care in person. As all the things are managed in a single tool, it gives a complete overview of each child per month. Cons Learning and curriculum features are still in production I guess. But as the tool as a whole works really well, so I look forward to testing that too. My Kid Reports provided us with every single feature that we need and way more, We also built our website with them in lees than 10 minutes by choosing a premade template and tthey host our website for us. & their pricing can not be beat. Cons knowledge base can be improved. I sent them an email & i was told that it will be updated in next few weeks with all thee help topics. Their email support was very responsive though.
