Pros The customizable integration with Tyler Munis is critical to rapid deployment. It's tight integration with Munis makes it easy to use. Cons As this product continues to evolve, it will be better integratable with other widely used governmental ERP products. Additional management dashboards will also become more widely available. A career changer for sure. It took everything to the next level and beyond. Integrated analytics and reporting are changing our profession and it's exciting to see, with a confident future. Pros The views of data, risk identification, breadth of coverage with 100% scope make audit results cutting edge and amazing. Cons Can't think of anything in the least category. Be ready, though, to expand thinking into new dimensions. Once expanded, it would be hard to go back. Sharing with process owner management to allow them the ability to continuously audit transactions within their functions. Pros Easy to learn.Analytics without having to know who to code. I had a basic understanding of what data analytics can do when we started. Their staff's knowledge guided us to a tool that is beyond my expectations. Pros The data analytics are well-planned to give an overview of significant risks in all our financial modules. We use them for targeting audits in areas where the most improvement can be made. Cons Honestly, I cannot say there are any cons on the part of ThirdLine. My team worked with their employees and they delivered what we asked for. Review Source DR David R. We receive what we need very timely and we appreciate all of their work to help us. Pros The software cuts through what seems like endless raw data to provide an easy to understand and user friendly risk assessment in a wide variety of functional areas. Cons We've used ThirdLine for the past eight months and there isn't anything at this point that we don't like about it. Review Source TW Terence W. Pros Their analytics tool is easier to use than other products on the market. Cons The first year dealing with a lot of false positives. This is something that isn't unique to just ThirdLine. I realize the product will get better as the information is flagged / refined. Reason for choosing ThirdLine The analytics were already developed by ThirdLine versus having to create them from scratch with the other products. Review Source SC Shannon C.
