We have moved all manual work onto Fieldko as the data assists us to create easy reports to quickly identify areas of concern as well as successful areas within our business. Pros The ease of the product instore, offline capability, support from the dev team and partnership with the Fieldko leaders always willing to partner to improve their product. Cons The PDF reports that issued need to be "revamped" cosmetically. The inability to have scoring available on the application when completing a "score card". Review Source RS Rod S. At this point it is difficult to see us ever needing to move on from this Product in terms of how it currently meets our Business needs. Pros The initial OOTB functionality was useful but it was the ability of the App to be customised and tailored to our unique Business needs over time that has made the App truly valuable to our Business in the way that we capture and orgainse data from the Field Cons Nothing really stands out for this - the App, overall, is extremely stable and has very few issues. Pros I can load all my information for a particular store, freezer failures, have a perfect view of how a shelf must look like for every principal, monitor Merchandisers, keep track of short dated stock, load register, uniforms, priorities it's actually making the life of an ASM or AM very convenient and easy. One will even get a chance to notice that a certain product is not in that particular store and it's a kvi line, for someone with no Merchandising expired it also serves as a learning tool. Cons One will constantly face problems with synchronization, sometimes taking pictures and sometimes capturing Mccain Executrac but because there's people from the PI team willing to assist it always gets easier.
