They have great customer service as our Client Success Manager's are constantly supporting our operation and addressing concerns we may have with the tool.
The country reports have been great when underwriting and understanding the risks in different areas.
Easy to use and a dedicated client success manager to ensure all expectation are being met.
Cons
A slight improvement may be the option to filter alerts - eg only receiving alerts related to certain threats such as war / terrorism rather than weather etc.
There is only a limited option to customize reports.

Overall: Always great to deal with, constantly innovating their products, and the platform is head and shoulders above the rest.
Pros: Osprey is a great tool for Threat analysis and incident reporting which is used within our business on a daily basis. They have great customer service as our Client Success Manager's are constantly supporting our operation and addressing concerns we may have with the tool.
Cons: Some features have to be unlocked through additional purchase of Osprey Products considering that Osprey is more expensive than some competitors. However, there is nothing on the market as detailed as Osprey and we are satisfied with the product and will not move away from it.

Overall: Overall a highly useful product that we use regularly everyday. Helpful team behind the scenes and always available to discuss things when needed.
Pros: Simple interface with customisable output that stays up to date and relevant for our internal assessment for the safety of crew and the overall operation.
Cons: Not really much to dislike, except perhaps the font on the report is too narrow and makes reading a little tiresome on the eyes.
