Helpful team behind the scenes and always available to discuss things when needed. Pros Simple interface with customisable output that stays up to date and relevant for our internal assessment for the safety of crew and the overall operation. Cons Not really much to dislike, except perhaps the font on the report is too narrow and makes reading a little tiresome on the eyes. Pros Osprey is a great tool for Threat analysis and incident reporting which is used within our business on a daily basis. They have great customer service as our Client Success Manager's are constantly supporting our operation and addressing concerns we may have with the tool. Cons Some features have to be unlocked through additional purchase of Osprey Products considering that Osprey is more expensive than some competitors. However, there is nothing on the market as detailed as Osprey and we are satisfied with the product and will not move away from it. Reason for choosing Osprey Flight Solutions There was nothing as detailed as Osprey that was feeding concise and detailed information which was actionable in the airline.
