Muy conforme. Los conozco hace casi 10 años, un sólido equipo de profesionales con una cultura proactiva y que han sabido atender a las necesidades del mercado. El producto no ha parado de evolucionar en todos estos años manteniéndose a la vanguardia a nivel WMS/TMS para gestión de ecommerce.

Pros

Muy buena aplicación de picking con gestión de reemplazos, pesables y facturación. Además de muy claras pantallas de gestión multi pedido (ej: olas de multipicking)

Cons

quizás aún oportunidad de desarrollar un widget de chat con picker conectado a la App de compra que usó el cliente para hacer su pedido.

El manejo omnicanal de la gestión y preparación de pedidos, Janis tiene las caracteristicas de una solución Tier 1 en condiciones mucho mas accesibles en precios y configuraciones.El fabricante de Janis cuenta con un equipo competente que acompaña la evolucion de los procesos en nuestra compañia y esta siempre atento a atender nuestras necesidades.

Pros

La evolución constante en módulos claves como DOM, Preparación y despacho de pedidos nos han permitido innovar de forma ágil y oportuna, es fácil de desplegar en cada uno de nuestras diferentes operaciones, robusto en su capa de servicios para interconexión con nuestro ecosistema de software.

Cons

El desempeño de los componentes con altos volumenes de datos y la estabilización en nuestra implementación.

De éxito, sistema que cumple al 100% lo prometido, totalmente estable, con un roadmap de desarrollo planeado y con costos razonables.

Pros

JANIS es un producto muy bien desarrollado, muy estable en su operación (las incidencias que se presentan son mínimas). Es un producto cuyo costo es muy adecuado al mercado Latinoamericano, no se compara con los costos de productos americanos o europeos. Tiene buenos esquemas de integración que permite una conectividad con otros sistemas de forma eficiente.

Cons

En nuestro caso tenemos la versión 1, y como todo software está en un proceso de evolución y crecimiento, las nuevas versiones ya tienen funcionalidades de productos que ya llevan muchos años en el mercado. Es recomendable instalar la versión más reciente. Que consideren las integraciones con Puntos de Venta y no solo sistemas de comercio electrónico.

Janis permitiu a mudança de modelo operacional do ecommerce do Carrefour. Foi uma mudança espetacular, pois permitiu oferta todos os produtos da loja (8x mais que no modelo anterior), permitiu baixar o custo de operação pela metade, reduzir o custo de logística (pois com mais pontos de venta, reduzimos a distância, e aumentou a oferta de fornecedores), e entregamos 3x mais rápido que antes. Para isso, era necessário um sistema que opere todo o processo end-to-end, desde a chegada do pedido pelo site, até a entrega final. O ganho de eficiência da mudança do modelo operacional permitiu o turn-around do negócio, atingindo resultados positivos (versus prejuízos no modelo anterior).

Pros

Janis permite configurar processos simples, para poucos pedidos por dia por loja, e também para processos mais complexos, por exemplo, multipicking de varios pedidos por shopper, otimizar a rota de picking dentro do loja. Também permite integrar nota do NPS de clientes para entender a performance do picking com a valorização dos clientes. Permite integrar operadores logísticos e rastrear os pedidos (fotos, assinaturas, etc). A solução é bem completa e atende vários tipos de varejistas.

Cons

Nada crítico que eu lembre. Talvez, alguns recursos que faziam parte da solução não estavam disponíveis ou terminados na sua configuração ao iniciar as operações, mas isso foi resolvido.

Na avaliação técnica, apenas 1 produto concorrente ficou como alternativa para Janis. Optamos por Janis por 2 motivos: 1) algumas funções mais avançadas e mais complexas da gestão do picking já estavam desenvolvidas. O concorrente podia desenvolver se precisar. Para operações mais simples, o concorrente parecia mais user-friendly e mais rápido de implementar, mas não atendia de imediato operações mais complexas). 2) Janis já era usado por outro varejista que o Carrefour adquiriu no momento da tomada de decisão, o que facilitou a escolha, pois seria o mesmo sistema para ambas empresas.

La implementación de Janis se alineó a los procesos existentes de la corporación, pero en paralelo nos permitió modificar aquellos procesos que, impactos por la tecnología, nos permitían sumar valor a los mismos. El desarrollo de más de 20 integraciones con distintos sistemas, permitió automatizar operaciones manuales con impacto en decisiones en tiempo real.

El entendimiento del proveedor sobre nuestro negocio, que lo potenció al nivel de socio estratégico, por sus aportes a la personalización de funcionalidades con alto impacto en la productividad y la experiencia.

Cons

Durante el período de crecimiento y expansión del negocio del proveedor, nuestra demanda era muy grande y existían algunas demoras en el armado de equipos para proyectos específicos.

Una experiencia extremadamente satisfactoria.En la operación de Walmart Argentina logró bajar los tiempos de picking al 50%, eliminó los tiempos de billing por la integración con el POS, y mejorò los tiempos de atenciòn en 3 minutos promedio por pedido, debido a la trazabilidad del pedido que facilita el OMS

Pros

El OMS y la herramienta de picking es muy robusta y flexible, adaptándose a distintos tipos de operación (e incluso distintos momentos de la operación)Los tiempos de implementación son bajos, 4 a 6 meses, con facilidades para la integración con sistemas legados.

Cons

El abordaje en cuando a los planes de soporte es el único punto de mejora, es clave que el retailer tenga dimensionado què tipo de soporte requerira, ya que hay distintos planes con diferentes tarifas y SLA.
